Tech company Orion weighs NZ IPO

Founded in 1993 in New Zealand, Orion says it is a leading provider of software for hospitals and clinics to manage healthcare information. “The Orion Health Board is continuously assessing the optimal capital structure and options for the company.

Eroad, an electronic solution company that helps transport companies to manage and pay road user charges, said earlier this week it plans to raise around $40 million in an IPO and expected to list in mid-August.
