Vodafone Australia’s chief executive officer Iñaki Berroeta said that joining forces with one of Australia’s largest consumer electronic retailer highlighted the telco’s confidence in the quality of its network and the value that it offers to consumers. “Our partnership with Dick Smith signifies our readiness to offer the best prices for data and smartphones to more customers around Australia," Mr Berroeta said.
Dick Smith managing editor and chief executive Nick Abboud said that the Vodafone partnership could be a key driver for the retailer in extending its presence in the mobility space. “Dick Smith is already a major retailer in mobility, with over 25 per cent of the unlocked handset market in Australia.
