Jetstar HK shows more signs of stalling

The potential sale would follow the divestment of three other aircraft earlier this year and would leave the start-up with just three Airbus A320s at the time of its launch, assuming approvals are eventually received. "The [Jetstar Hong Kong] board is continuing to assess opportunities to optimise its fleet plan, however Jetstar Hong Kong will remain in a position that allows it to launch once regulatory approval is given," a Jetstar spokeswoman said.

Qantas Airways’ troubled Jetstar Hong Kong joint venture is understood to be considering the sale of three more of its aircraft amid ongoing delays in receiving the regulatory approvals required to launch the service.
