Qld's $70bn gas sector under pressure

According to the newspaper, labour unions are demanding more time off for workers, with the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) - one of four unions which represent workers across the three LNG projects - action particularly set to impact on the $US20. 4bn venture led by BG Group, which is the most advanced of the projects.

Queensland's $70 billion dollar LNG export sector is facing delays, with strike actions set to impact three key projects on Gladstone's Curtis Island this week, The Australian Financial Review reports.
