Trade deficit narrows in July

According to figures from the Australian Bureau of Statistics, the nation's trade deficit narrowed a seasonally adjusted 13 per cent to $1. 359 billion. Exports rose 1. 0 per cent in the month, while imports were flat.

Australia's trade deficit narrowed in July, against analyst expectations of a deterioration in the trade balance, according to official data.
