November IPO tipped for $400m-plus Aconex

Co-founders Leigh Jasper and Rob Phillpot will retain a minimum stake of 15 per cent, with a valuation of between $400m and $700m expected. “Shareholders can choose to stay in or sell out.

Along with Robert Gottliebsen and Stephen Bartholomeusz, Alan also founded Business Spectator, the popular business news and commentary website.

Construction software provider Aconex has confirmed plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange in November, with hopes its valuation may near $700 million, according to The Australian Financial Review.
